Fantastic experience and service from Thomas. He attended at the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum open weekend celebrations near Dunfermline on Saturday and Sunday, great turn out of visitors who made numerous comments about how great the ice cream was. Thomas was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to welcoming him back again. If you’re thinking of booking an ice van look no further.

Fantastic service. Very professional. We hired Mr. Cool for our school leaving day and "Big Jack" was amazing from start to finish. His interactions with our pupils was, by far, the best we have had from any vendor coming to the school. He put the kids at ease and had them laughing and joking. The ice cream is so tasty and great value for money but we all agreed we could not see past Big Jack and his professionalism. He also dealt with a large queue of parents and families after the pupils were done and he remained as professional and gave top class customer service throughout. His manners, courtesy and considerate ways left a lasting impression on all of our staff that met him and we look forward to having him back next year when we do the same event.

If you are looking to hire an ice cream van for your event, I promise you that you will NOT get any better than Mr. Cool along with Big Jack.
